We offer free returns for most items requested within 7 days from delivery. You can request a return directly through your Account Page. Your exchange or pickup trip must be requested within the 7-day window and completed within 30 days of your delivery date.

You are welcome to add to your collection at any time by placing a new order through the website.

Returns & exchanges requested within 7 days of your initial delivery:

  • You can request to return items within 7 days for a full refund in the form of a credit. If you would like to exchange an item, you will be charged for the new item at checkout, and credited for the original item after pickup. If you’d prefer a direct refund, just let us know! Please note, returns and exchanges requested within your 7-day window must be scheduled in one trip.

  • You are also welcome to return items on the spot for a full refund if you realize they don't work in your space at delivery.

  • Please note, if the cost of your order included a delivery fee, that delivery fee will not be refunded.

Are all items eligible for returns and exchanges within 7 days?

Almost all items are eligible! Mattresses, pillows, and throws are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges within the 7-day grace period.

Returns & exchanges beyond 7 days:

We are unable to exchange items after 7 days.

As a helpful tip, we recommend measuring your space where you intend to put your pieces — as well as the width, height, and depth of any hallways, doorways, elevators and stairwells required to reach it. Our delivery teams may refuse your delivery if they cannot safely access your space or items do not fit. Nobody’s got time for this:
