The wellbeing of our customers and team is our top priority. To ensure everyone's safety during Oliver pickups and deliveries, we've put the following COVID-19 policies in place.
Before your pickup or delivery:
If you or someone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19, has COVID-19 symptoms, or has tested positive within 5 days of your scheduled date, contact us immediately to reschedule at no charge. We will be able to deliver or pick up your items after the 5 day isolation period recommended by the CDC.
Let us know if you would like a contactless delivery or pickup for any orders of 5 items or fewer.
During your pickup or delivery:
Please wear a mask and stay a safe distance of 6 ft away while our team is in your home. Our team will do the same!
We also ask that you open windows and doors to increase air ventilation.
