We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel an upcoming delivery or pickup. You can do so directly through your Account Page, or get in touch with us via email or through chat on our website.

Depending on how close to your delivery or pickup date you notify us of this cancellation, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

  1. You can cancel for free until 5:00PM PT, 3 days before your scheduled delivery or pickup date.

  2. After 5:00 PM PT, 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date, but before the day of your delivery or pickup, there is a $20/item fee for cancellation, with a $100 minimum fee.

Please note, even if your trip is booked within the 72 hour window and you request to cancel, the fee will still apply.
