We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule your delivery or pickup. Depending on how close to your trip date you reschedule, you may be charged a rescheduling fee to compensate for our team's time routing, staging, traveling & restocking your items.
You can request a different delivery or pickup date for upcoming trips directly through your Account Page. If you're rescheduling within 72 hours of your trip, please reach out to us via chat for assistance.
Rescheduling Deliveries & Pickups
You can reschedule for free until 5:00PM PST, 3 days before your scheduled trip date. After 5:00 PM PST, 3 days prior to your scheduled date, there is a $20/item fee for rescheduling, with a $100 minimum fee.
Please note, even if your trip is booked within the 72 hour window and you request to reschedule, the fee will still apply.
