We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule your delivery or pickup. Depending on how close to your trip date you reschedule, you may be charged a rescheduling fee to compensate for our team's time routing, staging, traveling & restocking your items.

You can request a different delivery or pickup date for upcoming trips directly through your Account Page. If you're rescheduling within 72 hours of your trip, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] for assistance.

Rescheduling Deliveries & Pickups

You can reschedule for free until 5:00PM PST, 3 days before your scheduled trip date. After 5:00 PM PST, 3 days prior to your scheduled date, there is a $20/item fee for rescheduling, with a $100 minimum fee.

Please note, even if your trip is booked within the 72 hour window and you request to reschedule, the fee will still apply.
