What can I expect on the big day?

  • We'll provide full white-glove delivery service, including assembly, placement of items, and removal of boxes & cardboard after the delivery.

  • Our delivery teams will be wearing protective masks.

  • You will receive a text when the delivery team is on their way and a call once they arrive. When they arrive, all you have to do is sit back, relax, and watch your dream space come to life!

Please note: You (or someone on your behalf) must be present at any point in your arrival window to receive a delivery or coordinate a pickup. If you are not available within 20 minutes of our team’s arrival, it will be considered a missed delivery and there will be a $20/item fee for rescheduling, with a $100 minimum fee.

How can I prepare for my delivery?

  • Please fill out the Pre-Delivery Checklist included in your order confirmation and scheduling emails to provide us with important information regarding your delivery.

  • You will receive your 4-hour arrival window 24-48 hours prior to delivery. We run trucks between 7am-7pm. Please note, we cannot accommodate arrival time requests. Delivery and assembly may be completed outside of the window but our team will aim to arrive within your timeframe. If your time is restricted, we recommend selecting a day where your schedule is most flexible.

  • Remember to reserve freight elevators and loading docks if required by your building. Please note, we cannot accommodate time requests for delivery.

  • Please clear all entrances and hallways for our delivery team. They can't be tripping under the weight of a sofa!

  • Our team cannot move non-Oliver items in your home or take away non-Oliver furniture that you no longer need, please arrange these as necessary.

  • Lastly, please note that our team cannot hang wall art or mirrors, or complete installations that would permanently modify your space.

How can I prepare for my pickup?

We require 1 week minimum notice to schedule a pickup. While we will do our best to accommodate urgent pickups in fewer than seven (7) days if needed, such emergency pickups are not always possible and are subject to a fee of $20/item for rescheduling, with a $100 minimum fee.

  • Prior to your pickup, please remove all personal belongings from items being picked up (bedding, clothing, knick knacks, etc).

If you would prefer a contactless delivery or pickup instead, please let us know.

For contactless deliveries, all furniture will be placed outside the door of your apartment or residence where possible, or otherwise delivered to your loading dock or garage. The majority of our furniture comes either fully assembled or needs a few screws using supplied allen keys. As we are not able to recycle your item packaging for you, please sort the plastic and foam from the cardboard and recycle accordingly. More information here. For contactless pickups, place all items at your door (rugs rolled up please!) for quick removal.

Please note: In order to provide the best service possible and ensure your satisfaction with your Oliver order, our team is only able to provide contactless delivery for orders of five (5) items or fewer.
