If you think you're going to miss your window, please reach out to us via chat in advance; however if you let us know within 72 hours of your scheduled date, you will receive a charge of $20/item fee for rescheduling, with a $100 minimum fee. Please note that if you are not available to receive your delivery within 20 minutes of our team’s arrival, they will have to move on and there is a $20/item fee for missed trips, with a $100 minimum fee.
