You will receive your 4-hour arrival window via text and email 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled trip. While timeframes vary by service area, our team runs trucks between 7am-7pm, and the 4-hour timeframe you receive will fall within this window.

Important things to keep in mind:

  • We cannot accommodate arrival time requests. If your time is restricted, we recommend selecting a day where your schedule is most flexible.

  • The assigned 4-hour window provided is the expected arrival time of our team. Our team aims to arrive within your timeframe, but delivery and assembly may be completed outside of the window.

  • If you're unable to meet the team during your assigned timeframe, please let us know as soon as you can. Please note, a fee is applied if you request to reschedule or cancel after your timeframe has been assigned, or with less than 72 hours notice. You can read more about how rescheduling works here.
